1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Boobez, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Boobez provides AI-assisted bra fitting tools, custom lingerie design, matching sets, and subscription services. Our sizing and photo-based estimation tools provide recommendations intended to help you find a better fit; they are not a medical or professional fit guarantee.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The Boobez Camera Sizing service is a one-time purchase of $0.99. Bra subscriptions are billed at $54.00 per shipment at your chosen cadence. By placing an order or starting a subscription you agree to pay all charges, and you authorize our payment provider to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Digital services, including one-time camera sizing, are non-refundable once delivered. Physical goods may be returned subject to our return policy if one applies to your order.
6. Photo Estimate Disclaimer
The photo-based sizing service estimates measurements from photos you provide. Estimates are approximate and are not a substitute for professional fitting. Boobez is not liable for sizing inaccuracies arising from photo-based estimates.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription shipments include bras and, if selected, matching panties in your preferred style and size. We work to match your preferences with each shipment. Frequency, styles, and sizes can be updated from your account before each shipment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Boobez, including the Boobez name and logo, is the property of Boobez&Co LLC and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. Boobez® is a registered trademark of Boobez&Co LLC.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boobez&Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
