1. Information We Collect
When you use Boobez, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, bra measurements you enter into our sizing tools, photos you upload for photo-based sizing, and your purchase and subscription history. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver our services: providing size recommendations, processing orders and subscriptions, animating your Bra Size Log and Rewards, sending service and marketing emails (only with your consent), and improving our products. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Photos and Measurement Data
Photos you upload for photo-based sizing are analyzed to estimate measurements and are stored securely. Our photo estimates do not require an account to use. You may delete your stored photos and measurements at any time from your profile.
4. Payment Information
All payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Subscription billing is managed through your Stripe customer account, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Email and Marketing
If you join our mailing list, we send you bra-fitting tips, new drops, and subscriber-only deals. We only begin sending after you confirm your email address (double opt-in), and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use minimal cookies and analytics to understand how our app is used and improve your experience. You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from your profile. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the account deletion option in your profile, or contact us.
9. Children’s Privacy
Boobez is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
